Terms of Sale and Use
These terms apply to the AI Agent Approval Policy Pack and the Agent Handoff Production Kit sold by Ray2222 Software. Payment, tax collection, receipts, and charge administration may be handled by the merchant of record identified at checkout.
Product and delivery
The AI Agent Approval Policy Pack is a downloadable template pack for technical planning and implementation work. Agent Handoff Production Kit is downloadable, self-hosted software for technical users. Creem provides protected downloads after successful payment. For self-hosted software, you are responsible for compatible infrastructure, deployment, backups, access controls, TLS, monitoring, and normal production operations.
License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, the purchasing person or legal entity receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use and modify the purchased Policy Pack templates for its own internal business or personal purposes. For Agent Handoff Production Kit, the license covers the purchased v1.x release for up to three internal production deployments. Development, test, and backup copies do not count toward that deployment limit.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, or redistribute the template pack or source package; remove ownership notices; or use the products to create a competing distributable product. OEM, redistribution, and client-delivery rights require separate written permission.
Updates and services
The purchase does not include future major versions, managed hosting, custom integrations, deployment work, policy customization, or an ongoing support subscription unless expressly stated. We may provide maintenance releases at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You must use the products lawfully and must not use them to violate privacy, security, export-control, sanctions, intellectual-property, or other applicable laws. The products assist human review planning and implementation but do not guarantee regulatory compliance or eliminate the need for professional risk assessment.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular regulated use, or that human reviewers will make correct decisions. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ray2222 Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability related to the product will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Termination
The license terminates if you materially breach these terms and do not cure the breach after notice where a cure is reasonably possible. On termination, you must stop using and distributing all copies. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
