Refund Policy
We want buyers to receive the product described on the website. Because Agent Handoff is downloadable source software delivered immediately, refund requests are reviewed under the conditions below and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Eligible requests
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if the download cannot be delivered, the supplied license cannot be activated within its stated limits, the package is materially different from its product description, or a reproducible defect prevents the documented core workflow and we cannot provide a reasonable fix or workaround.
Before requesting a refund
Email support@agenthandoffkit.com with your order email, order reference, software version, environment, and a description of the problem. Do not include passwords, API keys, or confidential ticket data.
Normally not eligible
Refunds are normally not provided for change of mind after download, lack of required technical skills or infrastructure, custom features that were not advertised, third-party service changes, or use outside the documented system requirements. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the merchant of record to the original payment method. Access and license rights for the refunded product end when the refund is issued, and you must delete retained copies.
