This policy explains how Ray2222 Software handles personal information in connection with the Agent Handoff website, product sales, license delivery, and customer support.
Information we receive
We may receive your name, email address, country, order identifiers, product and license details, support messages, and limited technical information you choose to provide. Our merchant-of-record payment provider processes payment and tax information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive complete payment card details.
How we use information

Self-hosted product data
Agent Handoff runs in the customer's environment. The software does not require customer ticket data to be sent to Ray2222 Software and contains no required vendor telemetry. Customers control the data stored by their installation and any destinations they configure.
Sharing and processors
We use service providers only as necessary to operate the website, process sales, deliver files, send email, and comply with law. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Order and tax records may be retained for the period required by law. Support records are retained as reasonably necessary to resolve issues, prevent abuse, and maintain product history. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices

International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used by the relevant provider.
